the resort features lovely bbq areas. we used them one night and it was a nice change. the pools have plenty of available sun beds. the on site restaurant provides great quality food..
my bedroom was small. there was limited walking room. the kitchenette and living area felt a bit small as well. this might be restrictive for longer stays..

I found the resort very clean and well kept. The staff were polite and helpful . I liked the availability of kitchen utilities within the villa unit. The cleaning crew provided new bed sheets and clean towels every two days, a wonderful service.
I found limited dining options for such a large resort.

The two-bedroom villa included a balcony and ample space for our family. Each suite had its own kitchen area and bathroom to guarantee convenience. The rooms also had comfortable beds, and the setup worked well for multiple family members.

The staff members were very polite and friendly throughout the resort. I was impressed by how helpful everyone was from check-in to housekeeping. They promptly helped us with extra coffee items we requested through the texting system.

The resort has one restaurant available to guests which offers standard cuisine. Despite the limitation in variety, the available food met our needs for convenient meals. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the dining experience was satisfactory overall.

the grounds around the pool were fine and the grounds staff cut grass and trimmed bushes regularly.
the room reeked of a damp, musty smell whenever i opened the front door (i don't think they air the rooms enough). also, the $25 per night plus tax for parking seemed like a total rip-off.

i was very happy to find the resort well kept and clean. staff was friendly. my kids loved the pirate ship pool. the walking trails were a nice addition to the hotel.
the resort restaurant only offer one option.

The rooms were super spacious and comfortable. It was great for an extended stay with multiple people. The resort had fantastic activities. My kids really loved the Gatorland show and build a buddy. The pools and grounds were really beautiful. There was free water and towels.
Our room was very dated and a bit dirty, I think. The showers were mouldy. I don't think they actually clean between guests! The Bella pool is home to a family of ducks. The staff let the ducks walk around and swim in the pool.

This resort is well kept and clean. I loved that the resort is family-oriented and very friendly. We found the facilities to be great for what we needed. The gyms are excellent with modern equipment.
I found that the dining options were somewhat limited inside the resort.

Our Two-Bedroom Villa had two king beds and a sofa bed. The villa included a balcony, two kitchens, and separate bathrooms which was great. The setup worked well with multiple adult family members, giving everyone some space.
Service

All staff members were polite and friendly. The servers at the restaurant were smiling and helpful. The staff responded quickly when we requested extra coffee. Anton at check-in was very kind and helpful.
Dining

There is one restaurant on the hotel. The bar is located near the pool and often has live music. I found the bar to have an acceptable variety of beverages.

There are three clean pools available . A pirate ship model is featured at one pool which is fun. There are walking trails located throughout the hotel. Free WIFI is available everywhere.

The hotel is in a nice location. There is a large car parking area near the buildings. There is a shopping center located close to the hotel. Getting to theme parks is fairly easy.
